There are some instructions in the wiki: http://wiki.navit-project.org/index.php/TomTom , but I'm failing at following them... the part "unpack the file in the top directory of a TomTom device" is the problematic part: I can't seem to access the device, only the SD-card on it. Any hints? 01:48 -!- jost [~jost@ltea-047-065-000-246.pools.arcor-ip.net] has quit [Quit: jost] 02:58 -!- cp15 [micxdo@p57B1D1B9.dip0.t-ipconnect.de] has quit [Ping timeout: 246 seconds] 03:01 -!- cp15 [enlicp@p57B1CD61.dip0.t-ipconnect.de] has joined #navit 03:02 -!- mode/#navit [+o cp15] by ChanServ 04:02 -!- noradtux [~noradtux@2002:4e36:7b90::1] has quit [Ping timeout: 256 seconds] 04:08 -!- noradtux [~noradtux@2002:5ce0:3732::1] has joined #navit 04:59 -!- drlizau [~liz@billiau.net] has joined #navit 09:45 -!- KaZeR [~kazer@4.43.195.77.rev.sfr.net] has joined #navit 09:45 -!- mode/#navit [+o KaZeR] by ChanServ 09:52 -!- woglinde [~henning@g225074154.adsl.alicedsl.de] has joined #navit 10:15 -!- drlizau [~liz@billiau.net] has quit [Remote host closed the connection] 11:27 -!- tryagain [~tryagain@178.216.76.15] has joined #navit 12:39 #navit: < tryagain> Navit, compile 12:39 #navit: < Navit> Starting compiler 13:22 -!- TauSo [~thomas@f055245030.adsl.alicedsl.de] has joined #navit 14:37 #navit: < Navit> ***** Nagios ***** 14:37 #navit: < Navit> Notification Type: PROBLEM 14:37 #navit: < Navit> Service: Current Load 14:37 #navit: < Navit> Host: localhost 14:37 #navit: < Navit> Address: 127.0.0.1 14:37 #navit: < Navit> State: CRITICAL 14:37 #navit: < Navit> Date/Time: Sat Feb 9 15:42:42 CET 2013 14:37 #navit: < Navit> Additional Info: 14:37 #navit: < Navit> CRITICAL - load average: 4.65, 6.00, 4.46 14:41 #navit: < Navit> ***** Nagios ***** 14:41 #navit: < Navit> Notification Type: PROBLEM 14:42 #navit: < Navit> Service: Current Load 14:42 #navit: < Navit> Host: localhost 14:42 #navit: < Navit> Address: 127.0.0.1 14:42 #navit: < Navit> State: WARNING 14:42 #navit: < Navit> Date/Time: Sat Feb 9 15:47:44 CET 2013 14:42 #navit: < Navit> Additional Info: 14:42 #navit: < Navit> WARNING - load average: 1.73, 3.42, 3.78 15:37 -!- TauSo [~thomas@f055245030.adsl.alicedsl.de] has quit [Remote host closed the connection] 15:56 -!- woglinde [~henning@g225074154.adsl.alicedsl.de] has quit [Ping timeout: 255 seconds] 17:26 -!- Guest6858 [~klem@c-75-71-128-197.hsd1.co.comcast.net] has joined #navit 17:26 -!- Guest6858 [~klem@c-75-71-128-197.hsd1.co.comcast.net] has quit [Remote host closed the connection] 17:27 -!- Guest40118 [~klem@c-75-71-128-197.hsd1.co.comcast.net] has joined #navit 17:50 -!- woglinde [~henning@g225074154.adsl.alicedsl.de] has joined #navit 18:11 -!- xenos1984 [~quassel@131.237.196.88.dyn.estpak.ee] has joined #navit 18:17 -!- rd [~rd@p57B48E0C.dip0.t-ipconnect.de] has joined #navit 18:17 -!- rd is now known as Guest51791 18:30 #navit: < Navit> Compilation successful 18:44 -!- xenos1984_ [~quassel@131.237.196.88.dyn.estpak.ee] has joined #navit 18:44 -!- xenos1984 [~quassel@131.237.196.88.dyn.estpak.ee] has quit [Disconnected by services] 18:44 -!- xenos1984_ is now known as xenos1984 19:42 -!- Guest51791 [~rd@p57B48E0C.dip0.t-ipconnect.de] has quit [] 20:01 -!- xenos1984_ [~quassel@131.237.196.88.dyn.estpak.ee] has joined #navit 20:04 -!- xenos1984 [~quassel@131.237.196.88.dyn.estpak.ee] has quit [Ping timeout: 276 seconds] 20:07 -!- drlizau [~liz@billiau.net] has joined #navit 21:00 -!- D3lirium [~kvirc@chello084112192118.11.vie.surfer.at] has joined #navit 21:00 #navit: < D3lirium> hi guys 21:00 #navit: < D3lirium> I just installed navit-current on my windows ce .net 4.1 based medion MDPNA 500T 21:01 #navit: < D3lirium> everything seems ok so far - unless I enter a navigation destination 21:02 #navit: < D3lirium> after I entered my destination navit crashes 21:02 #navit: < D3lirium> exception 0xc0000005 adress 0003274C 21:02 #navit: < D3lirium> I am using openstreetmap maps 21:02 -!- rd [~rd@p57B48E0C.dip0.t-ipconnect.de] has joined #navit 21:03 #navit: < D3lirium> is this a known error? could it be some trouble with my navit.xml file? 21:03 -!- rd is now known as Guest12500 21:03 #navit: < D3lirium> I already double checked it and played around with the gps settings 21:04 #navit: < D3lirium> a quick google for the exception said it could be something with my gps 21:04 #navit: < woglinde> hm no looks like an error 21:04 #navit: < woglinde> we devs have no wince for testing 21:05 #navit: < woglinde> you could trying disable the vehicle and using demo 21:05 #navit: < woglinde> and see if the error still appers 21:05 #navit: < woglinde> appears 21:07 #navit: < D3lirium> you mean I have to set enabled="no" in my vehicle tag, right? 21:10 #navit: < tryagain> D3lirium how much memory (RAM) does your device have? 21:12 #navit: < D3lirium> atm 31324kb allocated as memory 21:12 #navit: < D3lirium> I could set about 5mb more 21:13 #navit: < D3lirium> in use with normal wince and the system info panel open 7908kb 21:14 #navit: < tryagain> hm allocated? set more?
