Wouldn't this also be good enough? As far as my understanding goes Sdl2 in comparison to sdl(1) always selects the best acceleration it could get, OpenGL included [04:04:06] *** Joins: xenos1984 (~xenos1984@727f-90ec-ea35-a88c-d480-87c4-07d0-2001.dyn.estpak.ee) [04:04:07] *** ChanServ sets mode: +v xenos1984 [05:27:39] *** Quits: ilovekiruna (~ilovekiru@2a02:8108:d00:110:d96c:93f4:8be1:474b) (Ping timeout: 252 seconds) [09:17:32] *** Joins: twoelk (~twoelk@pD9559798.dip0.t-ipconnect.de) [11:40:00] Hi @KaZeR are you using opengl to draw on the SDL windows? [11:40:24] if yes then the opengl part can be easily ported to the Qt graphics [11:41:48] When I get a chance I will have a play with changing from using QPixmap to QOpenGLPaintDevice, should improve it a lot [11:42:40] I would be keen to compare the sdl2 graphics with the qml2 graphics with the QOpenGLPaintDevice implemented properly [14:50:43] *** Parts: twoelk (~twoelk@pD9559798.dip0.t-ipconnect.de) ("und tschuess") [14:58:33] *** Joins: Navit1 (~Navit@ec2-34-214-224-248.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com) [14:58:33] *** ChanServ sets mode: +v Navit1 [14:58:41] *** Quits: Navit (~Navit@ec2-34-214-224-248.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com) (Read error: Connection reset by peer) [14:59:24] *** Navit1 is now known as Navit [17:15:25] *** Joins: ilovekiruna (~ilovekiru@ip1f129ce1.dynamic.kabel-deutschland.de) [17:15:25] *** ChanServ sets mode: +v ilovekiruna [18:50:25] hi everyone [23:17:41] *** Quits: xenos1984 (~xenos1984@727f-90ec-ea35-a88c-d480-87c4-07d0-2001.dyn.estpak.ee) (Ping timeout: 250 seconds)
