First one close to the already existing mapserver which only extracts on a per file basis (taken from the full binfile) and a premium version which does more expensive processing by looking at each object and only extract the ones contained within the specified area (probably not even a square). If we could accomplish the premium version we could provide it as as a premium service to cross
