[07:58:17] hi, just found out about navit and was wondering if there is a way to automatically set the destination from something like a database or anything else. I'm building a navigation system using a raspberry pi and currently I've built a web app that uses here maps API and google maps API. I'm thinking of ditching the web based approach for something local like navit but i need to set the Destination through code, [07:58:17] automatically. [08:00:44] hi jayypee [08:01:00] I think that should be possible via dbus. but I didnt test it myself [08:03:09] https://wiki.navit-project.org/index.php/Dbus#set_destination [08:23:43] thanks, much appreciated!! [17:00:13] I recently had problems again - again with the destination search [17:00:20] Navit works wonderfully once it knows where to go [17:00:48] But if I'm looking for the destination, it divides the ZIP codes up into different "areas" of a city that noone knows [17:01:00] Which means I have no idea which to choose to get to enter the road [17:17:08] hi Robbi_Blechodse [17:17:29] i recently experienced problems with OSD, have you also seen that? [17:17:38] I dont get for example the ETA anymore [20:34:39] @ilovekiruna No, never had that [20:34:47] Then again, I'm not on the latest build [21:24:50] I c [21:25:04] I am on the beta build of play store [23:39:38] *** Joins: iTommix (~Thomas@p57936bed.dip0.t-ipconnect.de) [23:40:14] is it possible to get the directions via dbus like the speech?
