I have some questions maybe someone can help. I got an old TomTom Start 20 device from a friend. I found this NaviTom app which we can use to put some custom maps on TomTom. But this device is have I cant access it as mass storage to put the NaviTom files. The device is connected to MyDrive Connect app. Any idea how to access internal memory!? [12:52:46] Hi @Kaiser, whe internal storage should be acailable a a normal "USB-Stick" wonce connected and rebootet. If the device has a memory card installed you need to remove this one first. [13:07:05] @jkoan I was hoping the same! but for some reason this is not the case! MyDrive connect App detect the device, I even updated it! removed the sd card and tried it again rebooting! but it does not appear as normal USB mass storage 😦 [13:07:50] TomTomHome app is not compatible with this model! i tried it too!! [13:09:32] maybe try again without MyDrive installed. I only know the behaviour from Linux, maybe if nothing else is working and you are pationed enought try it with Linux (for example Ubuntu or Manjaro, the Live Testversion is enought) [13:24:05] I have Linux on my laptop! I will try this there! thanks for the advice!
